I know this isn't quite a combo organ, but anyway. The upper keyboard of this 1971 beast work with drawbars, drawbars+percussions or one of the few presets. The lower keyboard work with another set of drawbars. The problem is that the upper's keyboard drawbars sound really, really not loud. All the other volumes are correct, even on the upper keyboard (perc, pre-set, reiterate, trumpet, etc.). The drabars themself are doin what they have to do (if you listen carefully, you hear the note and all the harmonics sound correctly with the drawbars), the problem is that its so soft... I was wondering if someone have spec sheets or any kind of solution for this problem thanks a lot

Hi
It could be this is the way the organ was designed. A number of 2 manual "entertainment" organs have the lower manual ridiculously quiet and hence unusable for anything except accompaniment chords.
Incidentally, personally I would regard your organ as a combo. It looks similar in spec to my Cavendish 2m, which has Hammond-type drawbars on the upper manual, 4 drawbars on the lower, plus a "piano" section which has reasonable sounds for the date of the organ, but poor by today's standards. In addition it has a very nice string section which is switchable to either manual.
Every Blessing
Tony

hi
I also just got an Acetone GT-7. What you describe is not normal for the organ. I haven't opened it up to clean or check inside so can't give any technical advice (plus I am clueless technically!) One thing I have found though is that the 3 switches on the left, for Leslie and the built in speaker, sometimes need switching on and off to get everything sounding right. Not sure why, just found it helps if the sound is weak like you described.
If you find a spec sheet i'd also be interested. I contacted a guy who claims to have almost everything but he didn't have this one.
Good luck

Mine does exactly the sape thing, a pain in the ass. I've opened it a few times and I just dont know what to do without the schematics. I thought that the upper's manuel poweramp was broke, but it shares the same as the lower manuel. I bought a Hammond since, but it's nOt a solution really

I realise this is two years late and you probably either fixed it or moved on, but I had this problem with my organ, it was stuck relays on the preset board under the drawbars. Just tap on them with a screwdriver or use some deoxit, or replace them, it will more than likely solve this problem.
