I'm looking to sell a Farfisa VIP 233. It is in great condition for its age. Unfortunately, I don't have the pedals for this organ.
Please email me for pictures and with questions at: jmhutchings@gmail.com
I've sold Fender Rhodes and recently a Fender Contempo Organ both domestically and internationally. You can check my ebay feedback by looking at my profile: jmhutch1911. Thanks for your interest and have a blessed day!

If this was the beginning of February, I'd be very interested. Where are you located?

I'm an adjunct university lecturer. Tomorrow, I get my last paycheque until January 23. I'd love a VIP, but with no incoming cash for six weeks, that would be a really, really dumb purchase right now.

How much would you have been willing to pay? Just curious!

Hmmm... Let me think about it... I've seen VIP 233s with pedals go for $350-$400 ($450 in online music shops). Considering the lack of pedals and the fact that it would cost a small fortune to ship -- and that I'm really more interested in the VIP-345 [though I'd gladly have a 233] -- I'd probably look around $300 [assuming that it is in otherwise playable condition]. The truth is that I would lowball that a bit and see where the negotiation went.
I should add the the 233 is a d**ned nice LOOKING instrument. Got pictures?

I almost bought one of those recently. Personally, the most I would have been willing to pay was $300. Following the eBay auctions, it seems that that's the going rate.

Plateau's estimate is spot on, I got my VIP 233 last summer for $375, with the two pedals (slalom and volume, but not the octave pedalboard). Condition is good, everything works except for the vibrato.
Yeah PP, it does look good, it has that late mid-century modern early 70s look. I like the way it pivots along its hinges, very smooth mechanism.
In terms of looks though, the best combo organs IMO are the Farfisa Fast II and the yellow version of the Vox Con.

Does anyone have any VIP233 pedals they want to sell? Particularly volume, but also interested in slalom, and bass pedals are of interest too, although least so. All the best, gents. - Murray
