Hello everyone, I'm working on a Farfisa Compact with broken contact issues. Here's the rub: There are three sets of parallel contact boards, one complete board for each of the three footages (16', 8', and 4'). The hassle is that the broken contacts are on the center board, making it necessary to either remove all of the plastic lifters (that attach the keys and the contacts) which could cause more breakage, and a huge hassle during re-assembly. I was able to replace contacts on the lower board, as it's fully exposed when you lift the organ's mainframe out of the case. The problem is that the next set of contacts are sandwiched in between the other two contact boards, and look incredibly difficult to get to without some major disassembly and the possibility of causing more damage. Thank you!

Me too. I've dissected a junker trying to figure out how to get up there, and I am still stumped. I have the entire keybed *cut out* of the parts machine (it was destroyed by mice). Looks like I'm either going to have to kill my Compact Deluxe trying to save it, or find another and use it for parts. I'm about to give up, I've been trying to figure it out for several years. C'mon, organ techs, chime in!
