Hi!
I just recently acquired the same organ, but it's the "61" version. The model name I believe is Napoli, because mine is a "Napoli 61".
Update: I've acquired the same organ as you (49 keys) and the model name is "NAPOLI TP". The combo spinet version of the Jumbo GEM and Galanti Apollo (and of course, the standard Napoli spinet) made around 1972.

The vibrato problem could be due to a switch contact (check the switch), or the oscillator. It is located on the board sitting leftmost of the tone generators. (wich also has the low C-note divider and 2 dividers for the bass) You can see the 3 grey elctrolytic capacitors that probably need replacing as well (i.e vibrato is too slow) or one of the two transistors (topmost).
