My advice on any and all combo dreams is to keep your eyes peeled at all times. I check Craigslist constantly. (I look for anything within a couple hours drive.) I also occasionally check the Harmony-Central gear classifieds. I did eBay more a bunch of years ago, but have had bad luck with UPS and FedEx. (Perhaps if I see something I really want, I'll try Senhor California's suggestion of Greyhound.) I did pick up a YC-25D some years ago when a friend heard about one that didn't work at all located a couple hours from me. I wanted it simply because it came with legs and bass pedals. I figured I could use the legs on my YC-20 (as the first one I bought didn't come with them). I also figured that even if I couldn't get the YC-25D working, I might be able to sell the bass pedals. I figured that the $100 I paid was a major deal, considering I was getting the legs, could sell the bass pedals, and might be able to use parts from the YC-25D. I did use the legs. I never did sell the bass pedals. Why? Well, despite the fact that I really don't have the talent to play bass with my feet, I thought they'd be nice to have, 'cuz I had a tech take a look at the organ and he found a second fuse inside that was gone. Yep, just a fuse that I hadn't seen. (I was used to the other fuse on the Yamaha, which was fine on this one.) It also turned out that someone had modded my YC-25D at some point in its past so that the bass output was routed to an external jack. I had my tech put in a switch (inside) that allowed me to rout the bass signal to either that external jack or through the main output.
