The Farfisa Pianorgan is essentially the same as a Magnus chord organ... which is basically a stand up accordion with a motorized air blower (a fan). It is not unusual for these to sell dirt cheap. Even ones that say "Farfisa" on them.
Chord organs sound pretty good to me in general, but I never really got into them because the motor is always too loud, and there's not really any sort of volume control.
