That's a Hammond M-162 or possibly M-165. Same as any M-100 model except the M-162/165 has the institutional locking top cabinet. I had the pleasure to meet Dave Roweberry in NYC shortly before his death. He used the Hammond on this live performance, but the organ on the studio recording is a Lowrey.
