Hi, first time poster here. I have recently bought a Gem transistor organ in need of repair , as a project. I am having trouble identifying the exact model. I would appreciate any help with identifying the model and also any schematics you may have, would be gratefully received. i have noticed that the cables going to, and coming away from the transformer have melted insulation on them. Would this be a transformer fault or, someone using it set to the wrong voltage. ( it has a 240v / 110v switch). Many thanks for any help you can give, Paul  |

hi everyBody, first of all, sorry for my poor english, or my good "frenchglish"... i can share Hi-res shematics for rodeo 37/49 and jumbo 61/61 R6 I bough (30 and 20mo), give me a process for the benefits of the community. I need to change all chimical capacitors on the jumbo. I have a another problem: when I plug an amplified monitor on the amp ext output, nothing happens, and the internal speaker always works. When I plug it on the headphone output, no problem, the sound is sending to the output, and the internal speaker stop working. How can I fix it? to the admin: should I creat a new thread? guillaume, do you have reliable schems for GEM Jumbo 61? I need them badly, how can we arrange? please let me know |

Hi, I'm trying to make alive an old Gem Jumbo 61R6. I first change all the big chemical capacitors and clean the key contacts...that improved a lot the sound quality. Unfortunately in the meantime I have lost the "Vibrato" and since I'm struggling to fix it up :-( Any idea or schematic which could help me  ? I have already some nice pictures that I'm ready to share, let me know where and how I can post them. I'm ready as well to take some more that you should require. All the best everybody. Hi everyone
I am a new owner of a Galanti Clipper 61.
There is something wrong.
The Second and third octave ( from low to high octave ) sound the same.
I suspect SAJ110 divider, so I pulled them all and I have the Fourth et fifth octave( higher notes ) that sound the same.
I guess that in a normal condition I would have only fifth octave that sound.
Do you have an idea?
And is there someone who can send schematics for this one?

Would also ideally like schematics for a Thomas P-350 but I think it is more or less identical to a GEM Model P so that would be a great second-best! David

Hi Charles, I was given a Gem Riviera as a project but two transistors are missing from the Power supply. See photo. From what I've seen from images on the web they look like AC180? On the image you can see two holes on the heat sink that the transistors would be screwed onto. A circuit diagram or a close image of the power supply would be amazing. Thanks Ed Attachments:

Hi,
I’m currently servicing a Gem Jumbo 49 that has some issues in the bass/vibrato section so I’m looking for schematics. I found one but it doesn’t really fit my model,and the Vox Jaguar one is different too.
I would also appreciate if someone could make a closeup picture of the viibrato card on his Jumbo, I think mine was messed up.
