Do you gig with an old combo organ? What do you use for an amp? Any unusual problems as a result?

Sure...I usually use a Yamaha YC-20 through an early 70s Fender Twin Reverb. I've also used a Fender Bassman (but with a reissue Fender '63 reverb unit, 'cuz I love reverb) and various other amps, including an Acoustic 164 (tube) combo. The latter is what I tended to prefer when I had another band going (in which I used a Yamaha YC-30). Oh...I also bring a Wurlitzer 7300 as my backup organ.
No major problems (although I think my YC-30 did conk out once...I turned it off, unplugged, plugged it back in and it was fine.)

Hi
Very occaisionally my Cavendish combo gets an outing - amp is the matchin Leslie-type unit. The Yamaha SK-10 also sees very occaisional use - usually along with other, more modern keyboards. I use a Fostex keyboard mixer into a PA amp, at present feeding a couple of home-made 1X10" cabinets with speakers salvaged from a bass guitar combo that a friend had scrapped. (Yes - I know I need to sort out some tweeters!)
Every Blessing
Tony
