Hello Peoples
Just finished a night of jamming on my new 1937 hammond model a (with perc., chorus, and reverb) and a leslie 147rv. i love it. but before you the moderator pulls this message let me say this. combo organs are my addiction. i will never turn my back on them.
i play in two bands. for the orchid highway i current use a gem challenger but only because my portable philicorda needs servicing. the gem is great though nice and creamy. the philicorda is nasty and sweet. i run in into a yammy ra-100 rotary speaker or my 68 traynor yvm 4 channel tube pa head into an 80's traynor 4x10. the gem has yet to hit the ra100 as i just got new speakers installed. along with whatever combo organ is on stage with me for this act i also have a wurly 214 perverted into a 200 and a yamaha sk15. my other act is pepper sands in which i play an ace tone top 5 through a music man hd 130. they match up so well.
have a video on youtube for a song called next world vintage gear heads will like this. www.youtube.com/orchidhighway
i'll leave it at that for now. in the studio in 8 hours so should rest up. i'll leave you with my current instrument list most of which you'll see in the video for next world
