You know what? Of all of the gear I may have lusted for over the years, an amp was never on my list. Now that I have this amp in my house with things hooked up to it.... where has it been all of my life?
This amp sounds fantastic! It blows my wife's Roland K-500 into the dirt. I threw my TD-20 V-drums at it first thing and tried it as loud as everything could go and it just sounded great. It never broke up. Deep bass, clear mids, highs that shine. My Alesis Fusion into channel one, through the tube drive, sounded warm and meaty. This amp is perfect for your ROMpler keyboards. It really adds those food related adjectives (meaty, beefy, fat, tasty) to your vintage keyboard samples. My Elka Panther was purring through this amp.
There are some very flexible input options including a microphone input and a fourth channel in the back where you can feed a signal that comes out of the speakers but not the main output jacks. It also has the ability to tip back at an angle like a monitor speaker, so you have the option to use it as your main or just to hear yourself. Electronic drummers and keyboardists need fear no guitar rig. This amp will handle you at a pretty loud gig with no problems. It is not as large as other amps in it's price range, which i count as a good thing. Oh, and it's stereo. Summed bass speaker and separate left and right mid speakers and tweeters.
I will link to the Traynor site below so you can look at the specs and photos. If you are looking for a keyboard amp do yourself the favor and seek one of these things out. The build quality is superb and they have a two year "even if you break it warranty". Search prices on the internet and it can be had for nearly the same price as the Roland K-550 and worth every penny extra.
I don't know what else to say. It is excellent.

Here is a review from Keyboard. This reviewer says it is hard to get an uncolored sound out of it and I am not sure I agree with that. It can sound very clean, or not. Nice to have the option...
