do you know the name of that plug? (the third one from the left) www.drummachines.de/beatboxer/philicorda/bilder/751u.jpglooks like that: it's no "traditional" 5-pin Din it's the output plug of the Philicorda there's another output with a traditional 5-pin Din (I bought a short male-din5-pin-din/female-jack6,5 and it works) but it don't shut the speakers off and the signal is low

Hey mt,
There are thousands of plugs out there. A lot of them custom built for just one project. They probobly used a different style so a user did not plug things in wrong.
If it was me, I would find some other plug/socket combo and just replace the whole thing. Just make sure it can handle the voltage/current specs of the original.
